Responsibilities: • Understand clients' needs and offer personalized advice and support tailored to their requirements. • Establish connections and build rapport with customers promptly and effectively. • Deliver precise market analysis, including comparisons, current listings, and expired listings. • Gain expertise in new construction sales processes and strategies within the real estate industry. • Ensure clients are informed about all essential steps and details involved in home buying or selling. • Stay open to continuous learning and growth opportunities in the real estate sector. • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and embrace innovative sales practices and methods.
