This can be achieved through regular follow-ups with leads and prospecting for new leads to promote new business.In addition to these tasks, it is important to oversee the closing process in order to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience. By holding buyer and seller consultations, you can get a better understanding of their needs and wants in a home, and then work to find a home that meets those needs. Be responsible for all these tasks by managing the client's expectations throughout the process. Qualifications: We are seeking team players with excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills for rewarding full-time sales positions. Past sales experience and a real estate license are preferred, but we are also looking for individuals who are coachable and willing to learn.In this career, it is important to be self-motivated and a self-starter who is committed to building a long-term career, not just looking for a job.
