Responsibilities: • Generate leads specifically in Long Beach, CA, US to grow the client base • Participate in training sessions designed to enhance skills and knowledge • Diligently pursue leads until appointments are confirmed with a listing or buyer's agent • Maintain regular communication with homebuyers via phone calls and emails to ensure brand recognition • Create and deliver monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress toward company objectives • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into clients successfully • Update and organize customer information for agents efficiently using CRM tools • Optimize the scheduling of appointments to increase productivity • Conduct appointments effectively to exhibit properties and services • Develop strong sales communication skills to engage effectively with clients Qualifications: • To qualify for the Real Estate Sales Agent Trainee position in Long Beach, CA, US, candidates must possess a valid Real Estate License • Prior sales experience is a mandatory requirement to be considered for this role • Effective communication skills are essential for engaging with both clients and team members successfully • The role offers a commission-based structure designed for individuals who are ambitious and motivated • A valid Driver's License is a compulsory requirement for this opportunity in Long Beach, CA, US.
