Responsibilities: • Develop leads to grow the client base • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge • Follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with a listing or buyer's agent • Maintain communication with homebuyers via phone calls and emails to ensure brand recall • Produce monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress toward company objectives • Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into clients • Utilize CRM tools to maintain updated customer information for agents • Schedule appointments efficiently • Conduct appointments effectively • Master the art of sales communication Qualifications: • To be considered for this Entry Level Real Estate Sales Agent position, you must possess a valid Real Estate License • Previous sales experience is a requirement for this role • Excellent communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members • This role offers a commission-based opportunity for motivated individuals • A valid Driver's License is mandatory for this position Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 yearly
