Responsibilities: • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Qualifications: • Current real estate license or close to taking the state test • Eagerness to learn • Great communication skills Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 yearly

    • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
