Responsibilities: • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Great communication and social skills • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Technology driven • Must have a valid Real Estate License or working toward obtaining one Compensation: $50,000 - $300,000 at plan earnings
