Responsibilities: • Handle a consistent flow of pre-qualified appointments. • Follow up with leads and build lasting relationships with clients. • Represent buyers and sellers while negotiating the best outcomes. Qualifications: • Applicants should have a proven track record of selling at least 3 homes within the last 6 months. • Active or in-process Real Estate License (must be active within two months). • A valid driver’s license. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. • Open availability for appointments at least five days a week. Compensation: $100,000+ at plan yearly
