    As a Zillow Flex Agent at Obsidian Group, you'll have exclusive access to highly motivated buyer leads provided directly from Zillow. This role is ideal for driven, client-focused real estate agents who are passionate about leveraging warm leads to rapidly build their business and accelerate their career growth. Responsibilities: • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Respond promptly and professionally to high-quality inbound buyer and seller leads provided by Zillow Flex. • Conduct thorough buyer consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and timelines. • Coordinate and conduct property showings, maintaining strong communication and providing insightful market information to clients. • Write competitive and accurate offers, ensuring clients are informed and confident throughout negotiations. • Utilize our CRM systems to diligently track leads, client interactions, and follow-ups. • Attend and actively participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and coaching opportunities provided by the Obsidian Group. • Commit to continuous prospecting, follow-up, and lead nurturing to maintain a robust pipeline of future business. • Guide clients effectively from initial inquiry through closing, delivering exceptional service and ensuring positive client experiences that lead to referrals and repeat business. Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Compensation: $103,000 at plan earnings
