Responsibilities: • Engage with incoming calls to manage inquiries and coordinate appointments for property viewings in vibrant Seattle neighborhoods like Capitol Hill and Ballard. • Actively seek out new clients weekly, leveraging provided leads to establish and nurture relationships effectively. • Communicate follow-up with clients to understand their home search criteria and efficiently organize property viewings using our efficient tools. • Assist clients in choosing their perfect homes by showcasing listings and aiding them in narrowing down their options. • Handle the preparation and negotiation of purchase contracts, providing continuous assistance to clients throughout the closing process. • Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships and promote referrals through top-notch service excellence. • Plan and supervise open houses during weekends to create opportunities for engaging with potential clients. • Accompany clients during critical moments such as inspections, appraisals, final walk-throughs, and more. • Expand real estate knowledge by gaining comprehensive insights into contracts and the home-buying process to ensure clients are well-informed. • Implement effective marketing strategies and service standards to drive business growth within The Emerald Group.
