    We’re looking for a driven and dedicated Real Estate Sales Assistant to join our established real estate team. Your job will be to assist in real estate offers and transactions, listing preparation and interior design, weekend and evening open houses, marketing campaigns, administrative and bookkeeping tasks, lead nurturing, event management, and recruiting. You must have a social personality and professional skills to foster connections with prospective clients and people in the community. Responsibilities: • Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met • Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner • Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed • Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Either already has or is working towards real estate license • Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends • Background in real estate is required for this position • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software Compensation: $55,000 yearly
