    Must be located on the WESTSIDE of Los Angeles We’re hiring a MOTIVATED Real Estate Sales Assistant to join our growing team. Luxury Westside Sales Team (Pacific Palisades/Brentwood/Santa Monica) looking for an assistant to work an approximately 30-hour flexible workweek. Hourly rate plus closing bonus. Must have CA Real Estate License. Real Estate is a 24/7 life, not a 9-5 job in an office. We’re looking for someone who wants flexible hours and is ok with flexible hours – we’ll guarantee 30 hours a week. And this person can work from home and/or our Santa Monica office as needed – we’re flexible! Just need the work to get done. Must respond to texts and calls in a timely fashion. As team assistant, you will provide administrative, operational, and sales support to the team. Responsibilities: • Admin work – expenses, coordinating team calendars, CRM Management, updating website • Showings assistant – prep listings for showings, opening up and closing up, etc. • Listing presentation preparation – pulling comps, creating CMAs, customizing presentations, etc. • Assist with marketing initiatives and campaigns such as creating postcards, marketing materials, and social media assets • Take part in Compass development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration Qualifications: • At least 1 year of administrative/office support experience. Real estate experience is a big plus • Must be motivated, positive, and professional • Exceptional organizational, focus, and time-management skills • Tech-savvy is a requirement. Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google suite of products, Zipforms, and MLS • Flexible team player who is willing to shift direction, activities, and schedule as needed • Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to stay calm under pressure • Candidate must be located on the WESTSIDE of Los Angeles • CA Real Estate License required • Must have a high school diploma or GED • Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
