Responsibilities: • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Present yourself in a professional manner • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving Compensation: $25 - $150 hourly
