    Exciting Opportunity: Real Estate Sales Assistant Position in Chicago, IL - Are you a highly motivated individual with a knack for converting leads into loyal clients? Responsibilities: • Use our CRM properly to input all client information along with following the daily tasks to ensure all follow-up is complete • Expert at communication and relationship building with new customers • Ability to be on call for appointments • Assist with appointments for buyers and listings • Conduct lead follow-up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us • Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients • Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals • Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information Qualifications: • Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car • Applicants must have a real estate license • At least one year of real estate sales experience • Must have great communication and interpersonal skills • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $45,000 yearly
