Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct home-buying consultations with clients • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs • Act as a negotiator between your buyer and potential seller • Set up clients with preferred lenders to choose mortgage options that meet their needs if needed • Present offers to sellers and/or their agents • Respond to all client calls and emails • Participate in open house and training events to enhance your sales skills • Consistently network and market to prospect for new clients • Passion to continuously improve personally and professionally • Provide world-class customer service to buyers every day Qualifications: • An Iowa Real Estate License is required • Professional in attitude and appearance • Enthusiastic with excellent people skill • Independent, self-motivated, and driven • Ability to communicate effectively - both written and oral • Ability to think outside the box • Strong phone skills • Detail oriented • Multi-tasking ability • Dedicated to our processes and our core values • Must be self-managed and disciplined • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and love meeting new people • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities • Forward-thinking, proactive, dynamic, and perform well under pressure
