Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Compensation: $101,500 at plan earnings
