Responsibilities: • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Lead follow up • Team and individual sales • Training • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 at plan
