Responsibilities: • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience Qualifications: • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. to be considered for this position. Compensation: $90,500 - $119,000 yearly
