Responsibilities: • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Engage with qualified leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. • Assess homebuyers’ wants, needs, and financial abilities to match them with the perfect properties. • Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings. • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and following up on leads. • Educate clients about the home-buying process, current market trends, and financing options. • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers. Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • California Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in pre-licensing courses) • Proven track record of sales or customer service experience preferred • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to building client relationships • Knowledge of the East Bay real estate market is a plus Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 GCI yearly
