Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: • Conduct in-person and virtual buyer presentations. • Consult with clients to determine their property preferences, needs, and budgets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction. Property Research & Showings: • Identify and recommend properties based on client criteria. • Schedule and conduct property showings, offering valuable insights on location, pricing, and features. Market Expertise: • Analyze market trends, property values, and neighborhood data to provide clients with informed advice. • Stay up to date on new listings, market conditions, and local real estate developments. Transaction Support: • Guide clients through the offer process, preparing and submitting purchase agreements. • Negotiate on behalf of buyers to secure favorable terms and conditions. • Coordinate with listing agents, lenders, attorneys, and inspectors to ensure seamless transactions. Lead Generation & Networking: • Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to build a robust pipeline of buyers. Open Houses & Events • Host in-person and virtual open houses. • Homebuyer seminars. • Client appreciation and community outreach. Team Collaboration: • Work closely with the team, participating in meetings, training, and strategy sessions. • Share market insights and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Qualifications: Requirements • Licensing: Active real estate and driver's license. Access to a vehicle. Experience: • Minimum of 2 years as a full-time Buyer’s Agent or in a client-facing real estate role. Skills: • Ability to call over 200 buyers per day using a dialer. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven negotiation expertise with a client-first mindset. • High-level organizational and time management abilities. • Proficiency in real estate software, CRM platforms, and MLS systems. Personality: • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. • Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude. Mobility: • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for property showings and client meetings. Preferred Qualifications • Deep knowledge of local real estate markets and trends. • Proven track record of successfully closing buyer transactions. • A strong network of contacts in the real estate industry, including lenders, inspectors, and attorneys.
