Responsibilities: • As a Real Estate Sales Buyer’s Specialist in Newark, NJ, US, you will be responsible for managing client relationships by conducting both in-person and virtual buyer presentations. • You will consult with clients to understand their property preferences, needs, and budget constraints to offer personalized services. • Building and nurturing strong client relationships will be key to ensuring loyalty and satisfaction throughout the buying process. • Your role will involve researching properties and recommending suitable options based on client criteria. • Schedule and conduct property showings, providing valuable insights on location, pricing, and features to assist clients in making informed decisions. • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and neighborhood data to offer clients well-informed advice. • Guide clients through the offer process, prepare and submit purchase agreements, and negotiate favorable terms on their behalf. • Collaborate with listing agents, lenders, attorneys, and inspectors to facilitate smooth and seamless transactions. • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts to build a strong pipeline of potential buyers. • Host open houses, homebuyer seminars, and community events to engage with clients and showcase available properties. • Work closely with the team, participate in meetings, training sessions, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Qualifications: • Must possess an active real estate license and a valid driver's license, along with access to a vehicle for transportation. • Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working full-time as a Buyer’s Agent or in a client-facing real estate capacity. • Proficiency in calling over 200 buyers daily using a dialer is required. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. • Demonstrated negotiation skills with a client-centric approach are essential. • Strong organizational and time management abilities are necessary. • Proficient in real estate software, CRM platforms, and MLS systems. • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven personality is preferred. • Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude. • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for property showings and client meetings are required. • Deep understanding of local real estate markets and trends is a plus. • Proven track record of successfully closing buyer transactions is advantageous. • Possess a strong network of contacts in the real estate industry, including lenders, inspectors, and attorneys.
