Responsibilities: • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Show a track record of real estate success • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • A valid Texas Real Estate License is required Compensation: $108,000 at plan earnings
