Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include: • Respond promptly to Zillow Flex Leads ensuring you connect with potential clients in real-time • Building your pipeline by staying consistent with lead generation, nurturing, and follow-up • Provide 5-star service and support for all of your clients • Working with both buyers and sellers from the beginning of their real estate journey to closing and beyond • Property tours and selection • Writing and submitting offers • Negotiating contracts and repairs • Managing deals from contract to close Qualifications: • To be considered for this Real Estate Sales Agent position in San Antonio, TX, it is essential to hold a valid Texas Real Estate License • We are seeking individuals with a growth mindset, a passion for hard work, and a commitment to hustling • The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, open to learning new systems, and dedicated to adhering to lead follow-up protocols • Excellent communication skills are a must for this role • We value coachability, self-motivation, and accountability in our team members • Our collaborative culture thrives on eliminating drama and supporting each other's success Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
