HomeTeam4U is hiring new real estate agents for our Sun Prairie, WI office. Our comprehensive training program and support will help you become a real estate expert. Our agents achieve six times the national average in home sales in their first year and eight times in their second year! Responsibilities: • Provide home buyers with local housing market information. • Assist clients with the home purchase process, including budgeting and mortgage options. • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers to ensure satisfaction. • Create documents like contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements. • Participate in open houses and show homes to potential buyers. • Help buyers connect with lenders for financing needs. • Build and maintain relationships with buyers and listing agents. • Keep buyers informed about the home-buying process and local market trends. • Engage with prospects to understand their housing needs. • Strengthen connections with clients and industry professionals. • Provide detailed information about buying or selling a house. • Participate in home showings and learn sales negotiation tactics. • Conduct buyer meetings and use various sales methods to assist customers. • Follow weekly tracking and accountability procedures. • Engage in regular sales coaching and role-playing activities. Qualifications: • Must have or be willing to quickly obtain a Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson License. • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer-centric and people-oriented demeanor. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Commitment to a 100% communication guarantee. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Enthusiasm for learning new techniques and expanding expertise. • Willingness to learn new scripting, systems, and technologies. Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
