Qualifications: • Must hold a valid Real Estate license in compliance with IN requirements. • Must possess a valid driver's license for transportation to property showings and meetings. • Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred, but we also welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn and succeed. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. • Proficient in using technology, including CRM systems, online platforms, and digital tools. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support team goals. • Ethical conduct and compliance with industry regulations. Compensation: $111,500 at plan earnings
