Responsibilities: • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live in Orange County • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $85,000 - $150,000 at plan
