WE PROVIDE… • LEADS – plenty of leads to help you succeed • First-class marketing materials and sales support • Extensive back-office paperwork support • A proven training and tutoring program • Advanced mentoring on a weekly basis • A respected, highly reputable team of motivated (and highly paid) individuals Responsibilities: • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • An established track record of successful real estate sales • A real estate license is requiredCommission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live in Orange County • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $85,000 - $160,000 at plan
