Responsibilities: • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Show a track record of real estate success • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $100,000 - $170,000 at plan commissions
