Responsibilities: • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Lead follow up • Team and individual sales and lead generation • Close sales • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $170,000 at plan
