Responsibilities: • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Give potential home buyers the necessary information about their local housing market • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • A real estate license is required or the motivation to get one • Superb communication Compensation: $85,000 - $150,000 yearly
