Responsibilities: • Act as a liaison between clients and listing agents to ensure seamless real estate transactions • Coordinate showings, conduct home tours, and participate in open houses to assist potential buyers • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge interest and identify home preferences • Prepare essential documents like representation contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements for sales finalization • Offer valuable insights on the local housing market to prospective buyers • Implement team strategies and plans effectively • Schedule buyer appointments efficiently • Follow up with leads in a timely manner • Attend training sessions and support classes for continuous career development Qualifications: • To be eligible for this position, a valid U.S. driver’s license enabling travel by car in Layton, UT, US is required • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a necessity for this role • Understanding the local area real estate market and current trends is crucial • A real estate license is a mandatory requirement, or the willingness to obtain one is essential • Strong communication abilities are imperative Compensation: $86,400 - $186,500 yearly
