Responsibilities: • Serve as a liaison between clients and listing agents to ensure seamless real estate transactions in Palos Verdes, CA, US • Coordinate property showings, host open houses, and assist potential buyers in their home search in the Palos Verdes area • Contact pre-qualified leads to assess their interest and identify their housing preferences and requirements • Prepare essential documents like representation contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and leases to facilitate successful property sales • Provide valuable insights on the local housing market to prospective buyers in Palos Verdes, CA • Adhere to the team's strategic plan for effective real estate operations • Schedule and manage appointments with interested buyers in the Palos Verdes region • Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain strong client relationships Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be willing to travel by car in Palos Verdes, CA, US • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must-have • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Palos Verdes and awareness of current real estate trends is required • A real estate license is a necessity or the willingness to obtain one Compensation: $85,000 - $167,500 yearly
