Responsibilities: • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Follow the team plan • Team player • Lead follow-up • Lead generation • Database and CRM • Good communication • Attend office and coaching meetings Qualifications: • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Real estate license required • Ability to learn and be coachable • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan
