Responsibilities: • Respect all Real Estate Group members • Work with the team to review and complete quarterly and monthly goals • Call Leads from the ONLINE Leads app or other lead sources • Work exclusively with Radtke Real Estate Group and allow all transactions to remain in the Real Estate Group name. • Agents are expected to attend team training activities. • Prospect for new clients • Follow up on new contacts • Buyer Consultation • Showing Buyers • Open House • Circle Prospect using scripts provided • Provide support to the team as needed. • Negotiate and write contracts. • Assist with inspections and negotiations thereof as needed. • Attend seminars, listen to audiobooks, and read book club books assigned. • Prioritize work with income-producing activities being the primary focus. • Maintain a buyer inventory • Respond to leads within 5 minutes if given a direct referral from a team member. • Label according to established motivations in the lead system • Use scripts and dialogs on sales calls as needed to close the sale • Attend and participate in meetings and client events • Be a TEAM Player! Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in real estate sales • Active Real Estate License • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work weekends and evenings when necessary Compensation: $75,000+
