Responsibilities: • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Actively seek and acquire new clients through various lead-generation methods • Guide clients through the buying or selling process with exceptional service • Conduct market research to ensure clients receive the best deals • Negotiate contracts and close transactions effectively • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and best practices • Attend training sessions and team meetings regularly Qualifications: • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Show a track record of real estate success Compensation: $125,000+ at plan yearly
