Responsibilities: • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan
