We are a mid-sized broker, as opposed to an agent-led real estate team seeking highly motivated agents who want to grow, learn and earn selling homes here in the Southwest Riverside area (Temecula/Murrieta/Menifee/Winchester and beyond.). We are not a "license warehouse" virtual broker whose contribution to your training and growth is "watch this video series." We meet, train and coach weekly. Our culture is that of a tight-knit group of professionals working hard to provide selfless service to all who come into our lives and to continually grow in our knowledge of the business and improve our sales and marketing skills. In addition to training, leadership's job on our team is to provide you with as many lead opportunities as we are able so you have daily interaction with potential home buyers and sellers and to deliver excellent service to your clients so you can focus on procuring more business. With McDermott Realty Group your spot on your team comes with only 3 requirements: 1. That you CARE about people; 2. That you convert leads into appointments; and, 3. You convert those appointments into clients for life. That's it! We handle the rest. Due to the time constraints our one-on-one training/coaching requires, we have only two seats on our team available for 2024 so, if you feel like joining a family dedicated to the craft of selling homes, then feel free to reach out to us. We look forward to hearing from you!
