Responsibilities: • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Provide expert guidance on the local housing market to ensure buyers are informed and confident. • Prepare all necessary documents for transactions, including representation contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements. • Engage with pre-qualified leads, understanding their needs and wants in a home to offer personalized service. • Schedule and attend showings, open houses, and accompany buyers throughout the home-buying process. • Assist clients with budgeting, mortgage options, and navigating the complexities of purchasing a home. Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Valid Florida Real Estate License : Required. • Driven & Enthusiastic: Passionate about real estate and dedicated to providing top-notch service. • Excellent Communication Skills : Able to effectively communicate with clients and team members. • Detail-Oriented : Ensures smooth, error-free transactions. • Positive Attitude : Friendly, approachable, and committed to building strong client relationships. • Valid U.S. Driver's License : Ability to travel by car for showings and appointments. Compensation: $62,000 - $75,000
