Responsibilities: • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Qualifications: • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Commission opportunity • Real Estate license required • Great communication Compensation: $80,000 - $170,000 at plan
