Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results Qualifications: • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Organized and manages time effectively • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Current FL Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining FL Real Estate License • Must be coachable • Must be able to give FULL-TIME attention to this Real Estate career • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude • Team player • Must be able to work a flexible schedule • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs • Show good organizational and time management skills Compensation: $85,000
