    We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Qualifications: • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Organized and manages time effectively • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Current FL Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining FL Real Estate License • Must be coachable • Must be able to give FULL-TIME attention to this Real Estate career • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude • Team player • Must be able to work a flexible schedule • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs • Show good organizational and time management skills Compensation: $85,000
