Responsibilities: • Answer inquiries from prospective clients using the recommended script and schedule showings of properties. • Represent buyers in residential real estate transactions. • Negotiate the terms of purchase agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for clients. • Perform market analysis to establish accurate property values and guide pricing strategies. • Educate clients on real estate procedures and processes to facilitate informed decision-making. • Remain available to clients for any questions or concerns throughout the transaction. • Manage and update pertinent data in all applicable systems, CRMs, and platforms. • Utilize diligence at every step of the process to provide exceptional service and achieve success. • Promptly contact the assigned leads and make multiple attempts to reach them. • Follow up with leads based on their status using the team's CRM system. Qualifications: • To qualify for this position as a Real Estate Sales Buyer's Agent in Indianapolis, IN, US, you must possess a valid Real Estate license in compliance with IN requirements. • A valid driver's license is required for transportation to property showings and meetings. • While prior experience in real estate sales is preferred, we also welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn and succeed in this role. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client interactions. • Demonstrating strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities is a key aspect of this position. • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, online platforms, and digital tools, is necessary. • This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support team goals is crucial. • Ethical conduct and compliance with industry regulations are non-negotiable requirements for this position. Compensation: $111,500 at plan earnings
