The Golesh Team is currently seeking a licensed Buyers Showing Specialist in Denver, CO, who is proactive, professional, and focused on client satisfaction, to join our successful real estate team. We are looking for someone who excels at building relationships, guiding clients through the home-buying journey, and helping them find their perfect homes. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, and ready to support buyers as they navigate the real estate process with confidence. This role involves interacting with clients in the field and requires a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings to meet client needs. It is a full-time W-2 position. Compensation: • Base Salary: $45,000 per year. • Performance Bonuses: Opportunity to earn between $65,000 to $85,000 annually through completed transactions and performance metrics. Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate home showings for clients in Denver, CO, providing expert insights and guidance throughout the process. • Engage with potential buyers during showings to facilitate decision-making and ensure a smooth experience. • Assist in preparing and submitting offers with all required documentation, maintaining effective communication with clients. • Collaborate with Lydia and the team to ensure a seamless file transition once a property is under contract. • Provide support during the closing process by conducting final walkthroughs, verifying inspection resolutions, and attending closings. • Host open houses in the local market to connect with potential buyers and establish relationships. • Participate in team meetings, client events and prep, help with 'runner/errand' tasks, and community-building initiatives to foster teamwork and growth. Qualifications: • Must hold an active real estate license in Denver, CO, US. • Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients. • Demonstrates excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks concurrently. • Self-driven with a customer-centric approach. • Flexible availability to work weekends and evenings. • Owns reliable transportation for attending showings and client appointments. Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 yearly
