The perfect candidate will possess excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and be prepared to assist buyers in confidently navigating the real estate journey. This position involves engaging with clients in the field and necessitates a flexible timetable, including weekend and evening availability to accommodate client requirements. It is a full-time W-2 role. Compensation: • Base Salary: $45,000 annually. Performance Bonuses: • Potential to earn between $65,000 to $85,000 each year based on completed transactions and performance benchmarks. Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate home showings for clients in Denver, CO, providing expert insights and guidance throughout the process. • Engage with potential buyers during showings to facilitate decision-making and ensure a smooth experience. • Assist in preparing and submitting offers with all required documentation, maintaining effective communication with clients. • Collaborate with Lydia and the team to ensure a seamless file transition once a property is under contract. • Provide support during the closing process by conducting final walkthroughs, verifying inspection resolutions, and attending closings. • Host open houses in the local market to connect with potential buyers and establish relationships. • Participate in team meetings, client events and prep, help with 'runner/errand' tasks, and community-building initiatives to foster teamwork and growth. Qualifications: • Must hold an active real estate license in Denver, CO, US. • Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients. • Demonstrates excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks concurrently. • Self-driven with a customer-centric approach. • Flexible availability to work weekends and evenings. • Owns reliable transportation for attending showings and client appointments.
