Qualifications: • Active real estate license, preferably in the state where the company operates. • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the real estate industry with a proven track record in sales. • Proficient understanding of the local real estate market, trends, and best practices. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with agents, clients, and team members. • Strategic thinking with the ability to implement and drive sales strategies and goals. • Ability to analyze sales metrics and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement. • Experience with real estate software and CRM tools. • Alignment with the McGuire Team’s core values: Service, Respect & Authenticity, Discipline & Accountability, Integrity, Growth Orientation, and Humility. • A growth mindset, open to continuous learning and personal development. • A problem solver with a positive attitude, even in challenging situations. • Strong ethical standards and a high level of integrity. Compensation: $125,000 - $200,000 at plan yearly
