Responsibilities: • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to enhance the efficiency of the sales process • Utilize outbound calls, emails, and other marketing efforts to reach out to potential customers • Evaluate and qualify potential clients based on their budget, needs, and other relevant criteria • Conduct a comprehensive competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends • Present our solutions to prospective customers and negotiate favorable deals • Exceed quota objectives for closed deals and other revenue-generating activities Qualifications: • A candidate must have a high school diploma and a strong understanding of the real estate industry and its products • The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of successful experience in outside sales • Demonstrated ability to close deals and a proven track record of sales success are required • The candidate should be able to work effectively in a team environment, while also being self-motivated and organized • Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and presentation skills are essential for this role Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000+ yearly
