Responsibilities: • Effectively communicate with provided potential leads to maximize sales opportunities and boost revenue • Engage with buyer and seller clients to fully understand their unique housing requirements and efficiently close deals • Deliver exceptional service and advice in a consultative approach to cultivate client relationships and drive repeat business • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the local community to address inquiries about available properties and the neighborhood • Create written purchase proposals for buyer clients to streamline the closing process and ensure a seamless experience Qualifications: • Ability to excel in an autonomous work environment while upholding exceptional interpersonal skills is a must. • Skilled in sales, negotiation, and communication with a friendly and dependable approach. • Proficiency in MS Office/Google software is necessary. • Familiarity with sales software is an advantage. • Willingness to participate in training sessions to enhance expertise and understanding. Compensation: $85,000 - $178,500 yearly
