Responsibilities: • Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Evaluate a minimum of 5 potential listings every week • Stay informed about market shifts, economic trends, and the details of state and local regulations • Engage with clients in a charming manner, making lasting connections • Serve as the go-to information source for buyers from our referral network • Develop an innovative marketing plan and guide sellers through it • Highlight a home's best features and determine the asking price in a seller-friendly manner • Pursue new business opportunities with a professional touch • Engage with potential sellers, showcasing our A+ customer service • Manage paperwork, create MLS listings, share on social media, and deploy marketing strategies for swift sales Qualifications: • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Familiarity with working alongside sellers • Advanced skills with CRM software • Exceptional communication skills with ninja-like time management • Team player mindset, valuing success as a collective effort • Proficient in setting and closing appointments via phone • Quick adaptability with real estate tech Compensation: $100,000 annually
