Responsibilities: • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Lead generation • Lead follow up • Database campaigns • Set listing appointments • Close listing appointments • Close sales • Sales talk mastery • Follow the plan Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • A real estate license required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 at plan
