Responsibilities: • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings • Listing lead generation • Listing lead follow-up • Listing database campaigns • Agent sales • Set and execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery • Close sales Qualifications: • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • A real estate license is required • Superb communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 at plan
