Responsibilities: • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • One year of work experience in real estate • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • License required • Commission opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan
